After submitting your item through our CONSIGN NOW form, you will receive an email providing you with a payout range offer. Such a quotation is not a guarantee of the amount you will receive. This is an estimate based on the average sale price of similar items. The accuracy of the quotation is limited by the quality and quantity of pictures and information provided in your initial request. If the actual condition of the item is re- evaluated and found to be poorer than earlier estimate, The Plush Posh reserves the right to reduce the payout amount for the item and will inform you of the new payout.

We take up to 48 hours to send a quote.

We process payments immediately after the sale of the item is confirmed.

Listing of all items on TPP is free of charge for sellers. We charge a commission depending on the selling price of an item, which is simple to understand and straightforward.

Our condition definitions are as follows:

NEVER USED / NEW – New / Unused Item.

LIKE NEW / PRISTINE – Pre-owned, in pristine condition.

VERY GOOD – Pre-owned, with hardly any traces of usage.

GENTLY USED – Pre-owned and shows light signs of reasonable / moderate usage.

We do not list pieces that are in WELL USED condition that would show noticeable signs of usage.
