All the items sold on TPP are sourced from individuals or boutiques that want to sell these items. The availability of a certificate of authenticity therefore differs from item to item and is stated on the item description. All items are put through a multi-point, brand specific authentication process by a trained team of luxury experts before they are accepted for consignment hence you can buy with peace of mind from us.
BUYING AND SELLING
The condition of each piece is clearly stated in the item description. Our condition definitions are as follows:
NEVER USED / NEW – New / Unused Item.
LIKE NEW / PRISTINE – Pre-owned, in pristine condition.
VERY GOOD – Pre-owned, with hardly any traces of usage.
GENTLY USED – Pre-owned and shows light signs of reasonable /
moderate usage.
We do not list pieces that are in WELL USED condition that
would show noticeable signs of usage.
The Plush Posh is an online only store.

We are a company registered in the UAE. By accepting the consignment terms, we are bound by law to safely store your items in our insured and temperature controlled facility, process your payout after the item sells out, as per the Terms of Service.
Send us pictures of the items you would like to sell on WhatsApp or through our Consignment Form. We offer complimentary pickup of items in UAE.
After submitting your item through our CONSIGN NOW form, you will receive an email providing you with a payout range offer. Such a quotation is not a guarantee of the amount you will receive. This is an estimate based on the average sale price of similar items. The accuracy of the quotation is limited by the quality and quantity of pictures and information provided in your initial request. If the actual condition of the item is re- evaluated and found to be poorer than earlier estimate, The Plush Posh reserves the right to reduce the payout amount for the item and will inform you of the new payout.
We take up to 48 hours to send a quote.
Listing of all items on TPP is free of charge for sellers. We charge a commission depending on the selling price of an item, which is simple to understand and straightforward. We DO NOT APPLY any separate processing or stocking fee on items listed with us. The payout communicated to you in the quote is net of any deduction. We process payments immediately after the sale of the item is confirmed.

TPP offers FREE DELIVERY on orders in the UAE.
We offer heavily discounted merchandise to our customers hence a nominal shipping fee applies to orders shipped out of the UAE. For indicative shipping rates, click here.
UAE orders will take 2 business days to reach you. Deliveries outside the UAE can take up to 10 business days to complete. For indicative delivery times, click here.
All countries apply customs duty on import of items. Products sold on TPP are shipped from the UAE. The Buyer is responsible for and will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the products. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check duty rates for their country, for which Simply Duty can be used for reference.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can view the status of your order, obtain tracking information, and sign up for SMS notifications about your order in the under My Account.
TPP promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our Site. However, we offer a three (3) calendar day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back subject to the conditions that the item is unused, the packaging is not damaged, all tags are intact and the item is the same one as bought from TPP.
To return a product, the Buyer must notify us within three (3) calendar days of the date of delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, if delivery is made on the first day of the month, the last day of the return notification period will be the third day of the same month.
