Product & Pricing
Although all items sold on The Plush Posh are already discounted from the original retail price, we have seasonal offers. If a seasonal or temporary promotion is running, only one promotional code can be used per order, and promotional discount codes cannot be combined with markdown items. Validity and offer of the coupon/ voucher/ promotion code applicable per transaction is subject to the T&Cs published on the promotion banner or voucher.
The condition of each item is clearly stated in the item description. Our condition definitions are as follows:
NEW – New Item.
MINT – Pre-owned but in pristine condition.
VERY GOOD – Pre-owned but hardly any traces of usage. Excellent condition.
GENTLY USED – Pre-owned and shows signs of reasonable/moderate usage.
WELL USED – Pre-owned and shows noticeable signs of usage.

Payment, Delivery & Returns
The Plush Posh provides customers with the convenience of various payment options such as Credit / Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. Cards accepted by The Plush Posh are Visa and Mastercard.
The Plush Posh offers FREE DELIVERY to buyers based in the UAE. We offer heavily discounted merchandise to our customers hence a nominal shipping fee applies to orders shipped out of the UAE. For indicative shipping rates and delivery times, click here.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can view the status of your order, obtain tracking information, and sign up for SMS notifications about your order in the under My Account.
All countries apply customs duty on import of items. Products sold on The Plush Posh are shipped from the UAE. The Buyer is responsible for and will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the products. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check duty rates for their country, for which Simply Duty can be used for reference.
The Plush Posh promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our Site. However, we offer a three (3) calendar day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back subject to the conditions that the item is unused, the packaging is not damaged, all tags are intact and the item is the same one as bought though The Plush Posh.
Items of certain styles or variation, price range and dimension that cannot be returned may be marked “Eligible for Reconsignment” under the Sustainability Program.
To return a product, the Buyer must notify The Plush Posh within three (3) calendar days of the date of delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, if delivery is made on the first day of the month, the last day of the return notification period will be the third day of the same month. We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. Yes, we do! Items from within the UAE will be picked up by the Plush Posh for free. After submitting your item through our CONSIGN NOW form, you will receive an email providing you with a payout range offer. Such a quotation is not a guarantee of the amount you will receive. This is an estimate based on the average sale price of similar items. The accuracy of the quotation is limited by the quality and quantity of pictures and information provided in your initial request. If the actual condition of the item is re-evaluated and found to be poorer than earlier estimate, The Plush Posh reserves the right to reduce the payout amount for the item and will inform the you.
Quotations are valid for a period of 20 days. Once a quote has expired, you will need to resubmit your item on our CONSIGN NOW form.
The seller warrants the consigned merchandise to be authentic. Returns of items that are found to be inauthentic will not be arranged and items will be destroyed by The Plush Posh, as per UAE regulations. The Plush Posh will inform the seller of any rejections due to counterfeit items.
In the event that we determine the merchandise to be counterfeit, the seller agrees to pay back any payout for the item, authentication and shipping fees for return of item.
You can make a request for payout when the sale is finalized and the item has passed the return period. The Plush Posh processes payments on the 1st day of every month for payments requested from the 1st through the 15th day of the previous month and on the 15th day of every month for payments requested from the 16th day through the last day of the previous month. If 1st and / or 15th of the month fall on a weekend or bank holiday, payments will be processed on the following business day.
For instance, if you request payment on April 10, The Plush Posh will process the payment on May 1 or on the following business day if May 1 is a weekend or bank holiday. Alternatively, if the payment is requested on April 20, The Plush Posh would process the payment on May 15 or the next business day if May 15 is a weekend or bank holiday.
Payment method can be selected by you. It can be a cheque mailed to you or a bank transfer. Actual charges for courier company and bank transfer apply.
The Sustainability Program allows you to sell back to The Plush Posh, your past purchases from us and receive store credit to use against your next purchase.
